Catering Creations wins at VNA’s Battle of the Soups! (more photos)
The Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) hosted its 13th Annual Art & Soup event to benefit the Shelter Nursing Program on February 21, 2010. Art & Soup featured original artwork from 55 area artists and soups uniquely created for this event by 25 of the metro areas finest restaurants and caterers.
Catering Creations’ Sous Chef, David Rooney competed in the “Battle of the Soups” and won the 3rd Place People’s Choice Award for his “Thanksgiving in a Bowl” - A Butternut Squash and Parsnip Soup with Turkey, Sage, Bacon Croquettes and a Cranberry Creme Fraiche.
