We had the opportunity to cater on a beautiful September Day in a client’s backyard.  Lots of Hors D’oeuvres and Wine.  We had a beautiful Buffet of Hors D’oeuvres and we also passed on silver trays:  Spinach and Arthichoke Tartlets, Parmesan Puffs filled with Basil Chicken Salad, and Tomato Bruschetta on Toasted Crostini.
